les résultats sont parfaits en suivant les recettes (la patisserie est une science exacte).Les photos sont magnifiques et donnent envie de faire les desserts qui sortent du lot.

Ce livre est très bien fait:- photos superbes qui invitent à réaliser des recettes allant des plus communes ou plus originales- en suivant bien les recettes, le résultat escompté est là . Pas besoin de faire quelques essais auparavant pour réajuster les dosages.

I purchased this book for the macarons, but in paging through I found that there are so many luscious-looking sweets I want to make! Cannalés are all the rage where I live and there's even a recipe for those! So far, the only problem I've found with this Kindle version of the book is that there is no table of contents and no index (thus the 4 stars, which may or may not be seen as fair to the author but I'm rating the version of the book, too). It took me a while of paging through it to come to the macaron recipes. They start at about 42% of the way in. And of course, I think this is probably obvious, but I'll mention it anyway: the whole book is in French and all the measurements are in metric. My French isn't great, but I'm trying to improve it, so I'm up for the challenge. From what I can tell having read a few of the recipes, they're clear and well-written. I'll do a follow-up review after I've made a few of the treats.

Great recipes!

I have just downloaded Kindle for my PC and purchased La Bible des Macaroons et Mignardises. I also bought it originally for the macaroon recipe but it also contains many other exciting recipes that I can't wait to try. The contents page can be found at the top left of the screen when pressing 'contenu'. My French is not so good, but the recipes can be copied and pasted to google translate. I first saw a hard copy of this book in the French Bakery, Southbank, London and new I had to have it. 'Bonne Cuisine'.
